Awesome service! I called for garage door after a spring broke causing issues with cables, bushings, and a broken window. Joe quickly responded and professionally replaced / repaired all items, identified door window manufacturer and drove to get window. The professional service Joe provided went above and beyond our expectations. Price was fair and Joe remained positive and commited to helping us with this difficult emergency repair. Joe took the time to show me what went wrong and how he would solve the problem. Problem was solved in no time and I finally have my garage again. Used Academy Doors for over 10 Years
Our family has used Academy Doors for over 10 years. We have NEVER had a problem with them. Reading a previous review, I saw about a garage door adjustment. I needed one on mine and the rep named Joe actually talked me through making the adjustment. I would never expect a company to come and do something for free after a warranty is over. That’s not fair. I understand their time costs money as well. Academy installed new doors on my house, my brothers and both sisters. Fantastic installation, very clean and we couldn’t be happier. I really like how the technician spent the time with us after the install to explain some basic garage door maintenance and how the opener works. He even programmed the button in my car. Thank you Academy Door… very professional install and service.
